Refund & Returns Policy

At Ishoku, we are committed to offering a thoughtful and seamless experience. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, our refund and returns process is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.

Returns & Eligibility
  • Unused, unopened, and non-fragile products may be returned within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Ceramics, glass bowls, and kits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • In the event that ceramics or glassware arrive damaged or broken, a 100% refund will be issued.
How to Initiate a Return

Order Cancellations
  • Before shipment: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • After shipment / refused deliveries / incorrect address or contact details:

Refunds will be initiated once the products are received and verified at our warehouse.

Deductions applied towards processing and logistics:

  • Orders below ₹2,000: ₹100
  • Orders above ₹2,000: ₹200
Refund Processing
  • Refunds for payments made via UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of product verification.
  • Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • COD is currently not available.
  • If enabled in the future, all COD orders will require confirmation prior to dispatch.

Orders not confirmed within 48 hours will be automatically cancelled to avoid return-to-origin delays.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Ceramics and glassware are non-returnable; however, items received broken qualify for a full refund.
