Ishoku

This Delivery and Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed on www.ishoku.in (the “Website”), operated by Integral Wellness Private Limited, trading under the brand name Ishoku (“Ishoku”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

  • All orders will be dispatched within 1 (one) business day from the date of order confirmation, subject to payment verification and product availability.
  • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after business hours may be processed on the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Once shipped, your order is expected to be delivered within 7 (seven) days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on:
    • Your shipping location (metro, tier-2/3 cities, or remote areas)
    • Courier partner operational conditions
    • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
    • Government or regulatory restrictions

The delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Partner

  • Our primary delivery partner is Delhivery One.
  • Ishoku reserves the right to use alternate courier partners when required for operational reasons.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Ishoku reserves the right to revise shipping charges from time to time.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your shipment using the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, additional re-attempt or re-shipping charges may apply.
  • If an order is returned to us due to refusal, non-availability, or incorrect contact details, refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy, subject to applicable deductions.

7. Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery of the order at the shipping address provided.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Ishoku shall not be liable for delays caused by: – Courier or logistics issues – Natural disasters – Strikes or government actions – Transportation disruptions – Technical failures – Any event beyond our reasonable control
